Lanier v. Heather Village Association, Inc., et al.
Settlement: $100,00.00 in total, from all defendants. We represented a condominium owner whose home had suffered severe water damage. Defendants included plaintiff’s homeowners association and homeowners insurance carrier (Allstate Insurance Company).
